Discovering and choosing the right foods can propel you forward, help you succeed and keep you healthy. But for many of us, eating healthy is challenging and takes time. Air Mi Eats is committed to making it easy to make healthier eating choices with Eat Well - a rotation of dietitian-designed menus and programs designed to fuel your day. Eat Well items are always clearly labeled on our menus and signs, making them easy to find. To be an Eat Well-eligible entree, these meals must have less than 600 calories, 6g of saturated fat and 800 mg of sodium. 

 

WE’RE ALLERGEN-FRIENDLY


At Air Mi Eats we take pride in offering fresh-made food that meets your dietary needs. Our menus will show if any of the 10 top food allergens (or pork) are included in an item’s ingredients. Our chefs also offer plenty of vegetarian- and vegan-friendly options every day.

 

Transparency is important to us. If you’d like to see the full nutritional panel for anything we’re serving, just let us know. Cross-contamination is still possible in our kitchen, so please let our chefs know if you have any specific dietary concerns.
