Earl Nicholson
Chef Earl Nicholson is a life-long foodie, known as the Best Cajun Cuisine Chef in the Midwest. He was formally trained in Louisiana, working as a chef for 18 years and as an executive chef for 10 of those years. Chef was also a culinary consultant for the Ballpark Village District (St. Louis Cardinals), assisting with menu design and operations.

Greg Silver
Chef Greg Silver began cooking at age16 in a fine dining restaurant in his hometown of Missoula, Montana. Later in Las Vegas, he honed his culinary skills working with internationally-acclaimed chefs including Carlos Guia, Mario Batali, and David Burke. Chef Silver’s business dining experience includes managing employee dining at
the Cosmopolitan Hotel before relocating to the Pacific Northwest.
